The URLs for Microsoft Viva Insights on the web and analyst workbench will be updated as part of a broader effort across Microsoft to transition to a single domain directly tied to the Microsoft brand.
The new URLs are as follows:
- Viva Insights on web (previously https://insights.viva.office.com): https://insights.cloud.microsoft
- Viva Insights analyst workbench (previously https://analysis.insights.viva.office.com): https://analysis.insights.cloud.microsoft

When this will happen:
Standard Release: We will begin rolling out in mid-February 2024 and expect to complete by late February 2024.
How this will affect your organization:
There will be minimal impact. Previous URLs will still work and redirect accordingly. If your organization has blocked the previous instance of Microsoft Viva Insights on web and analyst workbench, you will need to block the new URLs as well.

Review and assess the impact for your organization. You may want to notify your users about this change and update any relevant documentation as appropriate.
