RM498910Microsoft Copilot (Microsoft 365): [Copilot Extensibility] Full refresh of custom connectors datasource

Admins and developers can do a full refresh or sync of their datasource for Custom Connectors using Graph APIs. This also ensures that any items deleted in the source are automatically deleted during this full sync and admins do not have to use separate delete APIs to do this.
