What and why
We are retiring the Other Features page in the Exchange admin center (EAC) as part of our ongoing efforts to simplify and modernize the Exchange administration experience.
The Other Features page primarily provides links to administrative experiences hosted in other Microsoft admin portals and does not contain unique Exchange Online administration functionality. After this change, administrators can continue to access those experiences directly through their respective admin portals. No Exchange Online workloads, settings, policies, or administrative capabilities are being removed.

- Worldwide: Beginning in early September 2026 and expected to complete in February 2027

While no technical action is required, we recommend that administrators:
- Review and update any documentation that references the Other Features page.
- Update any saved bookmarks that point to the Other Features page.
- Review operational procedures and training materials that instruct administrators to use the Other Features page.
- Ensure administrators access the associated Microsoft administrative experiences directly through their dedicated portals.
