We are announcing the ability to accelerate Sales Opportunity Agent deployment with simplified admin configuration in Dynamics 365 Sales. This feature will reach general availability on June 30, 2026.
How does this affect me?Users will be able to configure the Sales Opportunity Agent through a simplified setup experience with guided configuration, smart default settings, and separate basic and advanced configuration options. This will enable users to quickly enable and test the agent while adding advanced configuration settings over time as needed for their environment.
