We are announcing an improved dialpad experience in Dynamics 365 Contact Center. This feature reached general availability on February 16, 2026.

How does this affect me?
This feature improves the dialer experience by removing extra dialers and reducing complexity. Keypad inputs will have lower latency and improved reliability when sent from customer service representatives to all participants in the call, and additional keypad inputs from customers will be sent to external participants after transfer.
