From the Microsoft Outlook for iOS and Android apps, you can request that Outlook to attempt to recall a message sent to a colleague within your organization.
This message is associated with Microsoft 365 Roadmap ID 471444.
When this will happen:
General Availability (Worldwide, GCC, GCC High): We will begin rolling out in early March 2025 and expect to complete by late April 2025 (previously late March).
How this will affect your organization:
Users will have the option to request a recall attempt for a sent email. This feature provides an additional layer of control for users who need to retract emails sent in error.\
