RM577866Dynamics 365 Project Operations: Configure actions on task grid

This feature extends Task Grid View Templates so administrators can configure both task columns and the visibility of supported task-grid actions in one place. Administrators can show or hide individual actions across task-grid views, the toolbar, row-level controls, and the task context menu.

Configurable actions include views such as Board, Timeline, Charts, Assignments, People, and Goals; toolbar commands such as Baseline, Conditional Formatting, and export; and task-management actions such as Indent, Outdent, Cut, Copy, Paste, Delete, and dependency management. Essential capabilities, including the Grid view and access to task details, remain available.
