RM577180Microsoft Edge: Allow users to translate PDF documents into their preferred language

Users will be able to translate full PDF documents directly within the native PDF viewer in Microsoft Edge. The translated document opens in a new tab, making it easier to access content in their preferred language. Admins can control availability to this feature using the TranslateEnabled policy.
