Microsoft Purview: We’ve added new properties to the device onboarding page. These include the OS build, Defender Engine version, Defender client version, Sensitive data activity, Server DLP, First onboarded date, Advanced classification bandwidth usage exceeded, and Valid user.

When this will happen:

General Availability: We will begin rolling out early May 2024 and expect to complete by early May 2024.  

How this will affect your organization:

You’ll have access to new device details including OS build, Defender engine version, Defender client version, Sensitive data activity, Server DLP, First onboarded date, Advanced classification bandwidth usage exceeded, and Valid user.

No action is needed from you to prepare for this rollout. You may want to notify your admins about this change and update any relevant documentation as appropriate.
