Summary
Microsoft Viva Insights will pause sending Digest emails to users starting April 1, 2024. Users can use the Viva Insights app in Teams and web or the Viva Insights Outlook add-in instead. The Microsoft Viva Insights Digest email will be paused effective April 1, 2024 as we address customer feedback to make these emails more timely and relevant for recipients.
When this will happen:
Viva Insights will pause the sending of Digest emails to users starting April 1, 2024.
How this will affect your organization:
Users within your organization will no longer receive Digest emails from Viva Insights.
Users who rely on the Digest email can instead use the Viva Insights app in Teams and web or the Viva Insights Outlook add-in. All features in the Digest email can be found in the Viva Insights app in Teams and on the web.
