What and why
To help improve meeting experiences and provide organizations with insights into call quality, Microsoft Teams is introducing call quality feedback (CQF) surveys for Microsoft Teams Rooms on Android. These surveys allow users to rate the quality of calls and meetings and provide feedback about audio, video, and screen-sharing experiences. Customer feedback collected through these surveys helps Microsoft improve Teams meeting quality and reliability across devices and services.
