What and Why
Microsoft is introducing Copilot-enhanced topic assignment in Viva Glint to improve the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of employee feedback categorization. Copilot will help identify relevant topics in survey comments, enabling organizations to gain richer insights from employee feedback. This feature is controlled by the existing Viva feature access management (VFAM) toggle for Copilot in Viva Glint; there is no separate feature-level toggle for Copilot-enhanced topic assignment.
