What and Why

We are introducing the Prepare for Questions skill in Copilot in PowerPoint for Web to help users become more productive and confident presenters. This feature analyzes presentations to identify potential weak points and anticipate audience questions, helping users improve storytelling and deliver presentations more effectively.

Rollout Schedule

General Availability (Worldwide): We will begin rolling out in late May 2026 and expect to complete by late May 2026.

  • Users will have access to the new 'Prepare for Questions' Copilot skill within PowerPoint for Web: 

    user settings

  • The feature provides insights to help users anticipate and prepare for audience questions.
  • This feature is enabled by default for eligible users.
  • IT admins cannot control the availability of individual skills.
  • Skills that depend on the Anthropic model will respect existing admin configuration; if the Anthropic model is disabled, those skills will not be available.
