Does the change provide a new way of communicating between users? Users can initiate image sharing more quickly within Microsoft Teams using a new in‑context sharing option.
Does the change include an admin control? The feature respects existing Microsoft Teams and Microsoft 365 sharing and access policies; no new admin toggle is introduced.
Does the change allow users to enable or disable the feature themselves? Users can choose whether or not to use the Quick Share option when sharing images.
