To support broader reporting needs and customer feedback, the Queues app will soon allow users to view up to 45 days of historical data for call queues, auto attendants, and agents. This update expands reporting options without changing how users access or create reports.

When this will happen
Targeted Release: We will begin rolling out in mid-February 2026 and expect to complete by late February 2026.
General Availability (Worldwide): We will begin rolling out in early March 2026 and expect to complete by mid-March 2026.
