Summary
Microsoft Teams will enable rule-based management of Microsoft 365 certified third-party apps via org-wide settings in the Teams admin center starting mid-April 2026. Admins can control app availability based on permissions and publishers. The feature rolls out automatically, disabled by default, with no prior admin action needed.
