Microsoft Viva Engage now provides a 15-day notice for automatic network consolidation, reduced from 30 days. Admins cannot pause or cancel this process. As announced in MC454504, Viva Engage no longer supports multiple networks associated with a single tenant. Tenants received notice of automatic network consolidation 30 days prior to the start of the consolidation process. Going forward, tenants will receive notice 15 days prior.

You are receiving this message because we have a legal requirement to announce any change to notice periods for automatic network consolidation.
Admins will not be able to pause or cancel the automatic network consolidation.
What you need to do to prepare:
If you would like to control the timing of your network consolidation, go to the Engage Admin Center and begin the network consolidation process as soon as possible.
