Introduction

Copilot highlights in Viva Glint provides AI‑generated, structured summaries of employee survey results directly within supported Glint reports. The feature appears as a collapsible card at the top of the report and surfaces key insights—including strengths, opportunities, team‑level differences, and trends—to help managers and leaders move from data to action faster.
