We are announcing the ability to enhance customer interactions with auto-linked CRM data in Dynamics 365 Sales.
How does this affect me?
With this feature, the Sales Qualification Agent finds and auto-links a matching contact and account for each lead it researches so it can process information not only from the lead, but also from the linked records. Sales Qualification Agent analyzes information across linked accounts and contacts to enhance research outcomes and improve customer interactions.
This feature is automatically enabled when you turn on Sales Qualification Agent in Dynamics 365 Sales. As a seller, you see the following information on the lead insights page:
