We are announcing the ability for admins to add line-of-business (LOB) tags, customize views, and perform bulk actions on email templates in Dynamics 365 Customer Service. This feature will reach general availability on November 30, 2025.

How does this affect me?
With this feature, admins can now add LOB tags to email templates. Admins can now also customize email template views and use bulk actions to apply tags to multiple templates. In addition, email templates can support multiple languages.
